bench press free wt or hammer strenght 3-4 sets total 225 max.. could go higher but not looking for size right now..
my max bench was 4 45lbs plates and 1 25lb plate on each side of the hammer strenght flat bench that equals out to 205 on each side
Cable cross overs 4sets to failure each set
Cable underhand cross over same 4 sets to failure
Then cardio for 45 mins, then ab
thats Mondays routine.
