DEADLIFTS,SQAUTS,CLEANS,BENCHPRESS, U NEED TO CHECK UR MOTHER ****IN ATTITUDE BEFORE U GET DROPED, PEOPLE LIKE U HAVE THE WRONG IDEA WHEN IT COMES TO THE SPORT, U GIVE THE SPORT A BAD NAME.

UR NOT BONNA GO FROMM 155 TO 180 EIGHTY IN 4 MONTHS FOR A AIMPLE REASON U JUST STARTED, U HAVE TO GIVE IT TIME, OR U ARE GONNA END UP TAKIN THE EASY WAY OUT (STEROIDS) CAUSE UR NOT LOOKIN LIKE MR.UNIVERSE IN THE TIME SAID, TAKE IT SLOW, BASIC COMPOUND MOVEMENTS WILL HELP BUILD EVERY WHERE AND GET U TO WHERE U WANNA BE.
