I eat when I feel hungry. but just enough to keep going. if I have a big workout plan. ill add a extra portion
I cut out milk, cheese, bread, wheat, ceral, sweets, candy, red meats.
AM i will have smoothie with my BCAA , WHEY PROTIEN and blueberries, bananas, green goodness juice, water. i like to get my natural sugars in early during the day to give my body time to burn it all off. and i feel refreshed
mid am. i will have a green drink, and a fruit and some type of cashew bar
lunch ill have turkey or chicken with fruit or letttuce with whey protien
before gym ill have a snack depends could jus be a protien bar
dinner ill hvae ground turkey egg whites and whey protien and casien
each person is diffenrent so this may work or may not. :)
