Goal (Long):
My whole life I have been tall, long and skinny. I am tired of being known as the tall, skinny basketball player. So I would like to be at two-hundred pounds with 10-15% body fat. I would like to bench 250+ and with full dedication I could do this in the next ten months, or less.

I want to GAIN 20 lb
