I have always been active through sports and finally looked in the mirror and decided i needed to build some more muscle
Why I Love It:
Because it is one of the only things that i can actually do activity wise and it is an escape for me from the world and a way of letting some emotions out

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I try to get about on average around 35 grams of protein in each meal. I try and evenly spread out my Carbs/protein/fats throughout the day, aiming for 6 meals.
