I was rather skinny during high school and did some moderate lifting but nothing consistent. After graduation, I wanted to lift on a more consistent basis and also wanted to bulk up for college
Why I Love It:
I enjoy it because it makes you feel better as a person. Lifting on a consistent basis makes you feel better, gives you that rush and makes you work hard towards your personal goals you set for yourself. I also love seeing the gains in my workout and my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a pretty motivated person already, I just make sure I go lift that day no matter the circumstance.
