Lelantos Hey bro. Yeah that's a good idea for you man. I've gone back to power lifting for the winter. I wanna get more mass, then in march, April or so I'ma start bodybuilding again with filename routine. I should have a lot more size and density by then to work with. Nov 30, 2011 8:26am

Lelantos
Lelantos That's great bro. I'm hitting my workouts now with a serious intensity with no breaks in between sets. But I'm sure my strength has increased so I plan on hitting filename routine in the new year. Keep it up bro, you're looking great. Nov 11, 2011 4:02pm
Lelantos
Lelantos You know what, that sounds like a good idea. Nov 11, 2011 3:46pm
Lelantos
Lelantos Hey bro. I've had to drop the program and start a new one cause of time. Most of my time now is spent training, so I'm pushing the limit now in 1-1/2 hours, instead of 2-2-1/2. But dealing with sore shoulders that are limiting ny benching, and themselves. How's it going with you? Full recovery? Nov 11, 2011 1:09pm
Lelantos
Lelantos That's good its going, slowly, but its leaving. I actually took a week off and just trained regularly. Truthfully, I would go for about 1-2 weeks with a less intensive routine to break back in. Then start the Coleman routine again. Just as a precaution. Oct 25, 2011 11:10pm
Lelantos
Lelantos That's the way we have to be. I've had three surgeries on my lower back at the base of my spine. I use a power lifting belt, even for the, warm ups. Can't let it keep us down. Gotta keep pushing bro. Oct 17, 2011 11:51pm
Lelantos
Lelantos Oh man. That sucks bro. Just ease yourself back in the grove. But let your body heal itself fully. Oct 17, 2011 7:42am
Lelantos
Lelantos Hey bro. How's the training coming? Gotta tell ya, I'm very happy with this routine. I've been seeing results, very good results, and I haven't been on any supplements for 6 months. Oct 14, 2011 8:31am
Lelantos
Lelantos With the squats, I just do the first session with toes shoulder width facing forward, the second, session, toes are outside shoulder width with toes facing out. The deadlifts I didn't wanna stop. So I do them as my warm up before legs and before back, with light weight, but 3 sets of 20. Sep 23, 2011 6:09pm
Lelantos
Lelantos The only snag I have is on chest and biceps. Chest doesn't have as many exercises as I normally like, and biceps I'm over pumped by the time I reach hammers that I only do 15, not 15 Sep 23, 2011 5:44pm
Lelantos
Lelantos Hey bro. It's going great. Improvements and gains are going on left and right. Just trying to keep the sleep up. How about you? Sep 23, 2011 5:01pm
Lelantos
Lelantos Well, you can always check your one rep max. But I think by the time I'm done the cycle, ill have better size and symetry, and better endurance in the muscles. I think the strength will be there, as long as the consistency has as well. Sep 9, 2011 10:31pm
