Thanks man. And I looked at your pictures on here, and you look almost the exact same as my best friend, same height, shaved head, build, etc, even his tattoos are a similar style. It's uncanny.

for shoulders, i'd suggest some lateral raises (to the side), some shoulder presses w/ either dumbbells or barbell(military), some upright rows. biceps, preacher curls, bb and db curls, hammer curls. traps, stick with teh good ol' shrugs, bb and db. hope this helps and dont hesistate to ask more ?s

Think im gonna stick with a 4 day split, circuit train and try to keep the weights fairly heavy with no rest. Then jog in the mornings.
