Started working out heavily my freshman year of college and have been hooked ever since!
Why I Love It:
I love being healthy, fit, feeling and looking great and knowing that my body, my machine is in better condition than most others.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel as though there is no other option but to excel and perfect my physique.
BB Accomplishments:
So far...going from a 145lb skinny high schooler to an overall nicely built 170lb machine.

Gain maximum amount of lean muscle while keeping off most of the fat.
Goal (Long):
I plan on competing in November of next year and it will be my first tyme. At 9% I am 165lbs and would like to grow as much lean muscle mass as I can before I compete all while minimizing the body fat. My major areas of improvement are my calves, lats, hamstrings, and glutes so any and all tips would be greatly welcomed!
