Overall Goal:  I'd like to lose maybe another 2-3% body fat within the next 6 weeks of my cutting cycle.

Fit Status:  Still trying to cut down, cardio is up to 40 minutes a day. Weights 3 times a week. Thanks Kris Gethin, 12-week video trainer is the best.
