How I Started:
I used to be a regular here and at the gym. Back then my mentality was appearance more than anything. Which isn't an entirely bad thing, until it consumes you and all you care about is what others see. Now the reason I want my appearance to be better is for my husband alone, not for anyone who will look at me, as it used to be. It is not to be able to fit into the smallest sizes or to be able to put nearly nude pictures of myself up, as I am fighting to put the old mentality to death. I want to be healthier, and more attractive for my husband alone, but not consumed.
Why I Love It:
I liked the way it made me feel, it was a blissful fatigue :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now I am just trying to find a healthy point. I used to compare myself with others or to reach the goal of being able to wear the skimpiest thing out there. Neither of those honored my husband or my Lord, Jesus Christ.
BB Accomplishments:
Back in the day I would have said "Squatting my body weight" or "doing nearly 300lbs on the leg press" but I would really like to lose the weight I have gained back and maintain it.

Lose the 30 lbs I have gained back. I am basically starting at square one.
Goal (Long):
Not to drop weight fast. I would love to wake up and it be gone, but I know full well it isn't realistic because I've been there. To lose weight in the healthiest way possible without the fat burning products and without obsessing over every move and bite. To maintain that weight loss for my lifetime, to hopefully pass on a healthier lifestyle to my family and friends and maybe, if God is willing, my children.
