I have been working on increasing my water intake. Normally I only drink about 1 16oz bottle of water a day - if that. I don't drink soda, or juices, or other beverages, I just don't get very thirsty, so I don't drink a lot. Well, with exercising more - a lot more, 1 lil bottle of water isn't going to cut it, so I've really been trying to drink more. Since I'm working on changing my body on the outside, I know I need to work on changing my body on the inside. Which includes what I eat. I've already cut out all junk food, candy, fried food, etc all the bad stuff that you know is bad for you. I've cleaned up my diet and really leaned it out, but I'm worried about getting food fatique. Eating just rice and chicken every day gets boring fast. Usually I go work out on my own, and sometimes will meet up with one of the ladies at the gym and we'll work out together and do some cardio. Usually for my weight training I prefer to work out on my own, since I feel like I'm more focused. However, I got together with a friend to do a workout together, and I must admit that I really enjoyed it! She was so focused and she pushed me to do more reps when I would have given up early and made me get heavier weights than I would normally pick out for... Go to BodyBlog

This is the first week for me joining BodyBuilding, as well as the first week for the 2013 Transformation Challenge. This is it, the end of excuses, the end of half trying. I know I haven't posted in such a long time, but I have been working my butt off! Literally!! yey! I have been living and breathing the gym, getting as much working out in as possible so that I can get the best body possible! By the time that I get home, I'm too exhausted to get onto the computer. With only 2 weeks left, its down to the wire, so have to squeeze in every second of exercise that I can. Good luck to everybody!
