Goal (Long):
I was happy with how far I had come. But one thing is for sure, I am far from satisfied. Perhaps its my own nurosis but the more my body changes the more I see my own flaws. I'm not psycho about it, I just want to improve.
My arms and my abs are my weakest spots. From the competition I just witnessed, I know I have a long way to go. But I know I will get there.

I think the delay is b/c we haven't needed to use a transition like yours in a lttle while. We will though. Nutrex will be at the Arnold but I'll be stuck back at the office!

Just keep packing on muscle but start increasing your cardio. Try to go into pre-contest prep with a 34' waist. Just kee[ lifting heavy with the basic lifts until pre-contest. -Phil
