Transform this skinny, toned physique to one of toned mass
Goal (Long):
I want to conquer my rapid metabolism and gain the muscle mass I've always wanted, preferably 20-25lbs. of muscle by 2010. In the long run, I want to attain 16.5 inch arms, 44 inch chest, 24 inch thighs, 15.5 inch calves, maintain my waist size, and increase my delts and shoulders to whatever size looks proportional.

that's awesome bud!! how did you manage to get into that!? I'd like to do something like that but i don't know how to get into it.. lol. but i'm 195 right now maybe even heavier, almost to 200!
decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking

its going good . scheduling it is proving tricky but its ok. I am adding in swimming with my running and mixing up the weights 3 different routines. Its funny to me... i weighed myself and I am at 160 I was 185 this time last year! I want to be 150-155 so I am close. I can't believe that I lost weight even on my break! my clothes are all to big I wear 34-36 but i an 32-33 now easy! I am much closer to being ripped which is my first goal!
sorry to keep buggin you about the superpump bro but i had one more question.. when you first started taking it did you get stomach aches at all? im not sure if my body doesn't like it, or if i just need to get a tolerance for it
yeah man i know it's so hard for me to eat enough. i just got some true mass so hopefully that works for me, but it's my first weight gainer so who knows. thanks for the inspiration bro
