Background

When I Started: May 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I was tired of being skinny. I got put in headlocks a lot in middle school and was tormented by larger guys. I always wanted muscle and once I graduated from high school, I threw away the track spikes and picked up some dumbbells. I lacked the knowledge to make substantial gains until I made friends with a successful bodybuilder, Tanner Parkes. he gave me some basic advice, and I began researching and learning about what would soon become my greatest passion.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love bodybuilding, b/c my accomplishments are based solely upon my dedication, determination, and ability to unleash the animal every time I hit the gym or the kitchen. I love that I can simply look in a mirror to judge my improvement instead of testing it against a stopwatch every week like I did during XC and track which yielded little satisfaction.

brownstuff hey hows it goin, im doin the vince delmonte No Nonsence Muscle Building its quite good a lot of supersetting and the workouts are highly intence, a **** load of food needed, 70%carbs, 60%protein, 10%Fat is the ratio to gain. Oct 12, 2011 10:20am

brownstuff 8000 cals You are joking, how is it possible to consume 8000 cals per day, can you send me on a copy of your daily diet i need to see it to believe it haha, i would appreciate it very much, i take it its a bulk diet and would you not gain a lot of fat with so many calories Sep 9, 2011 2:30am
