started with P90X, added running later, then started to swim to lose fat, then decided to bike as well

to loose my body fat, gain muscle, and boost my endurance for my triathlons. yup i do tris!
Goal (Long):
i want to weight train but not bulk up so much. too bulky makes you slow, i need quick endurance to win a race. i want to boost my swim laps to 1.5 miles, do them in 30 minutes or less.... haha what a goal! run 12 miles without a stop, so far i can make 9 miles. bike at a faster rate....
