I decided that I am ready to lose body fat and gain muscle. I want to tone up and get a physique to be proud of. I ran track in high school so I have decided to "get back to my roots", if you will, so I have signed up for the Indy Mini and I am working towards a successful run.
Why I Love It:
When you are finished, its a great feeling of accomplishment! You can see great advances and changes. It is extremely rewarding and when I am done working out, I feel great and can't wait for the next day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is extremely challenging but I set goals and I am able to see positive growth.
