Thanks for the comment man. I moved away to school and now i have total access to the gym, so im in my glory. im there 4 times a week working hard to the max every time

i feel if im sore the next day i know i did good at the gym . I'll increase weights or try to each time i lift. Working my way up to my bodyweight was amazing. i was askin around like what is it like omg and then i did it.It was great. The only thing thats bad is I lok so small compared to other guys but i can lift a descent amount
