Workout Program:
Sunday: Always my off day....I just like to chill and watch football when it's on.

Monday: In the morning I do 30 minutes on the stairmaster. (which I HATE, but my ass looks better because of it.)
In the afternoon I do back and biceps. I just stick to a simple routine, but I generally go heavier with lower reps.

Tuesday: Fast paced walk for 30 minutes in the AM. Tuesday is also leg day. I love leg day and always switch up the workout to make sure I blast them.

Wednesday: Slooooww jog in the morning for 20-30 minutes. If I don't, I'll be sore for longer than I like. Afternoon workout is shoulders, triceps, and abs. Depending on how sore I am, I will go to the dojo for a Judo workout.

Thursday: 45 minute jog. I'll end up jogging five to six miles, depending on how bad ass I'm feeling that early.

Friday: I hit my biceps again because they generally are difficult for me to gain anything, as well as abs and calves. I also run two miles of "straights and curves". (Jog the curves of a track and sprint the straights)

Saturday: Two and a half hour Judo workout.
