I've been in awesome shape most of my life from competing in Judo. Once I started training for my current job, I couldn't work out regularly, and let my diet go. I'm trying to get some of my muscle back and want to be able to see my six pack again!
Sunday: Always my off day....I just like to chill and watch football when it's on.
Monday: In the morning I do 30 minutes on the stairmaster. (which I HATE, but my ass looks better because of it.)

I felt compelled to leave you a message, simply because of your occupation. I noticed that you are an air traffic controller, i am too. For the navy right now i only have a couple years left before i apply for the FAA. Sorry if this seems wierd, i just know in the navy ATC is a different breed of people. And i have to admit you do have a nice body to go with those brains...
