Started in while playing football. Injuries and age let me be lazy. Now I am trying to get some of it back.
Why I Love It:
Nothing like the feel of the gym. It's the pain of improvement, the sight of development. It's like a drug.

I was determined make this a good day despite both my teams takin an L this week. Hit the gym for shoulders and back. Had to dance around, but still made it a good workout in. This week I have to hit hard because of the holiday. I refuse to get off track.

thats cool man. Dropping that body fat is a challenge but as long as you do it right your not gonna loose too much muscle. And ya thanksgiving is one of the hardest holidays to get threw. But i jus set it aside a cheat day and eat better through the week because i know its gonna be hard when theres probably nothing healthy on the table besides the lettuce lol.

I'm good....off today...have lots of running around to do then getting in the gym twice today!!!! WOOO HOOO!!! Love my Wed. and Fri. :) Whats up 4 U? And yes...ef lookin for that win this Sun!!! I hate the week after a loss.....NEVER as good as the week after a win!!! LOL!
