I've played sports ever since I can remember. When in high school we of course had to lift at practice. Then I got drafted by the Baltimore Orioles after H.S. so I had to lift and work out like never before.
Why I Love It:
It's something you have total control over no matter what you want to do. It's challenging, but seeing the results in the mirror make you love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB Accomplishments:
300+ bench
400+ squat
450+ deadlift
1300+ leg press
34" vertical
4.65 40 yd dash

Nutrition and Fitness Plans built around you and your goals!!!
Goal (Long):
Always playing baseball I never lifted to get bigger per say in the sense of what I did. Being a pitcher, it was basically legs, core and shoulders not worrying about how I looked..but now that I'm done, working on doing some stuff I've never done before. Ideally I want to get to about 235-240 at 8% or a little lower, maintaining a nice, athletic build. Right now I'm a little over 230 at 10-11%. After I get where I want to be, I can start doing some fitness stuff, hopefully mag things.
Things are going pretty well! Stressed with life right now, but still hitting it hard at the gym and working on getting back on track with my diet! How have you been?
