When i was 13 my parents got me and my bro. a bech press and some dumbells it all started there. I did'nt get serious until I turned 15.
Why I Love It:
Because of the rush and pumps you get after a hardcore workout. Also watching yourself grow and change through the years.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the gaines I get and my lifting partners kyle and cory.
