Bryson, solid stats and the last picture posted show an even more solid chest, arms and mid section. Man now we are talking big here, incredible progress, good luck in your cutting phase. Keep pumping heavy.
hey man im about to start taking some new suppliments and i just wanted your oponion on what to take like whats worked best for you. ive tried alot of suppliments and just havent gotten what i wanted outta them. thanks
Powerful looking very impressive upper body. Excellent work on neck and traps, thick chest/pecs and huge arms and forearms. Those body and lifting stats don't lie. Great job. A great future champ here. Andre
Do a show when you are comfortable with the attempt. You do need help on posing technigues to improve your presentation of your physique. When you decide to diet down for a show try to get as lean as possible. Don't have a set weight to achieve but rather weigh yourself in the mirror.
