Wrestling and Football in High School demanded weight training, got lazy in college. Then I had to have surgery lost a bunch of weight and then put it back on the bad way. One day I looked in the mirror and decided it was time to make a change.
Why I Love It:
I am a competitive person so I get great satisfaction out of setting goals for myself and exceeding them.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at myself and seeing where I want to be. Also, seeing others on this website who have the physique that I am working towards.
