How I Started:
I started out wanting to slim up and get ready for the upcoming volleyball season, but made the choice to keep bodybuilding even during volleyball, and haven't felt better in my whole life. I've discovered a whole new world that has led me down paths I never knew existed. I ended up leaving the volleyball and full-time training to be stage-ready. I decided on my first competition and was hooked then on.
Why I Love It:
I have insane amounts of energy, love the feeling of running and lifting weight, the power i feel, and the results i get. Constant self improvement is the name of the game.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep my goals in mind constantly, music also plays a huge part in keeping me motivated. Goals, goals, goals. Without them, there's nothing to strive for or keep you pushing your hardest.

I'm very happy with my 2009 competitive season, but now its time to dig down and keep lifting heavy and hard. I plan a full two years of off-season growing, keeping bodyfat in check, and competing in 2011 around mid-year. I'll be finishing college, moving away, and finding a new job in the process!
