How I Started:
I actually started several years ago, being serious when I was still in college. However, I got off-track but started back in October 2007. Currently, I'm highly into kickboxing just for the workout. I'm not a fighter. I'm also heavily into weights and cardio.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me centered. It's my place and time to be me. If I feel like kick some butt, I get on the bag. If I'm feeling invincible, I hop on the weights. If I'm feeling a light on my feet, cardio it is.
How I Stay Motivated:
I pray. It's that simple. It's not me taking the weight off of me. This is God's Temple, so I think it necessary to keep His home clean. He simply tells me what to do.
BB Accomplishments:
Since I started from last year, I've gone from 300lbs and 30% body fat to 250lbs and 20% body fat. I think I might actually be a little lower than 20%.
