Played basketball all of my life, when I finished playing for school, I started lifting weights and when my body started to make changes, I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love the physical aspect of it. I love seeing changes in my body. I love feeling healthy and fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals and trying to get in the best possible shape I can be in.
I have just had surgery on my ankle and heel and havent been able to lift any weights. My goal is to get back in shape and get back on the bball court. I want to put on about 5-10 pounds of lean muscle. I would like to be about 205 with 6-8 percent bodyfat.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 7 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%
