I have just had surgery on my ankle and heel and havent been able to lift any weights. My goal is to get back in shape and get back on the bball court. I want to put on about 5-10 pounds of lean muscle. I would like to be about 205 with 6-8 percent bodyfat.
I wanted to get certified in personal training and I was wondering who to go threw. I heard Ace is the way to go. I need some feedback on what program to choose, how is ISSA comparred to ACE?
