How I Started:
I decided it was time to loose a lil weight. I got in the gym and got started and next thing I know I am obsessed.
Why I Love It:
I love it because there nothing like seeing all of the strength gains and also the all over body transformation.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love it I have no reason to not be motivated.

I am still an amateur so my major accomplishment would have to be just getting started.

I am having a very hard time maintaining weight. Every time i get on the scale instead of going up I am going down. I thought it was because of to much cardio so I cut that out about a month ago. I weigh 170lbs and eat around 275 grams of protein and around 3000 calories but nothing.. Could...
