Ab Crunch Machine 5(20), Bent-Knee Hip Raise 3(10), Decline Crunch 3(20) with added weight on chest, Flat Bench Leg Pull-In 3(10), Flat Bench Lying Leg Raise 3(10), Hanging Leg Raise 5(20)
