How I Started:
I have always been into weightlifting from football, but have recently decided to divulge in bodybuilding to help me lose unwanted weight, gain muscle, and put some real competition back into my life!
Why I Love It:
The feeling afterward.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am going to take before and after pictures starting Jan. 1 and keep a copy in my wallet and on the fridge. Just seeing that once a day ought to do it.
To lose bodyfat, gain muscle, and change my life by being healthy and in control of my body.
Goal (Long):
I want to drop down to 200 lbs by the end of August 2009.
I want to have no more than 10% bodyfat by end of Aug. 09.
I want my arms to reach 21 in by End of Year 2009.
I want to compete in a Bodybuilding Contest
I have always wanted to be strong, muscular, and have a body that is pleasing to the eye.
