My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
New routine: 2 cardio sessions per day, weight lifting in between.
Increasing my walking time to 1 hour.
Did the JNL Fusion Workout..not bad!!
45 Minutes Cardio
Working out on my XFactor
Early morning walk 5-6x per week.
Ever increasing cardio: 20 minutes bike @6-9 resistance /20 minutes treadmill @ 9-11 incline/ 5 minutes cooldown.
First six weeks, full body workouts.
Second six weeks, split routine consisting of upper/ lower body.

New Diet for the last few weeks:
(3x) Fish and green vegetables
1 Protein shake
Egg whites (4-6) + 1/4 cup oatmeal or 1/2 sweet potato
Asparagus or radish 1x day
1 whole egg + 3 eggs whites
3 oz. very lean meat
1/2 cup oatmeal- before cooking
Meal #2 (Choose one option)
Option A: Protein Drink, one tablespoon health fat source (olive oil, flax oil, almond butter)
Option B: 1 can tuna, one small apple (Granny Smith) or orange
5 oz. lean meat
1/2 cup cooked brown rice or 4 oz sweet potato
1 cup vegetables or 2 cups green salad with 2 tbs. Vinegar and Oil Dressing
6 oz. salmon or very lean meat
1 cup low carb veggies
Salad with 2 tbs Vinegar and Oil Dressing
Option A: Protein Drink
Option B: 6 eggs whites with 1 cup veggies
