How I Started:
When I became a father, I noticed how heavy and out of shape I looked. I joined LA Fitness, and started losing weight. August of this year I really got serious about weight training.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being healthy. I love the way I look. I love my girlfriends response when she looks at me. Thats a big plus.

ty well tak in at least 1-1.5gm of protein per kg bodyweight per day & train heavy 6-8 reps 3 sets for each muscle group
