i used to be an athelete but i stopped because i though "i m only here to gain muscle so it s better to simply start bodybuilding"

JOSEF RAKICH I dont use it with anything except when deadlifts/rack pulls done heavy. I dont use a belt for squats i find a belt forces your abs to push out against something and also de-activates your transversus abdominis muscle. Feb 18, 2011 1:37am

bookerbrother It is very important to listen to your own body. Concentrate on the targeted muscle, whil stayin in correct form as much as possible. You can push your body to new limits with the right diet and supplements as well. Nov 28, 2010 7:04pm

bookerbrother Only body wieght. I was taught early on to treat your abs like any other body part, doing the same reps and sets. Also only to use your body wieght to achive the sets. Squats and deadlifts are a must as well. May 30, 2010 8:11pm
