How I Started:
Started working out as a senior in High School with my dad as a way for us to hang out and to keep healthy for Hockey and Rugby.
Why I Love It:
Can lose myself in the workout. Just leave the stress of the day atthe front door.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have been invited to try out for a hockey team in Australia in January. Want to put my best game forward to compete against world class competition.

I want to improve my endurance and upper body strength to compete at a higher level in Hockey
Goal (Long):
I have been invited to tryout for the Melbourne Ice in the Australian Ice Hockey League. To do this, I feel I need to lose 15 pounds of fat and gain 5 to 10 pounds of muscle to compete against world talent. I have changed my eating habits, and I am starting to do more cardio to be more productive on the ice. Ad a shorter competator, I need ot be more agile and have more stamina than my opponent.
