My goal is to gain muscle strength, power, and endurance that i need to be strong for a safety on a football team.
Goal (Long):
I want to be a safety for my high school varsity football team. I want to weigh 165 pounds. I want a lot of power, endurance, and speed. I looked up to great football players like Michael Vick (before he did all of the bad things he did), his brother, Lee Suggs, Xavier Adibi, Vince Hall, and many others. I have made a program for my self that exercises all muscles through their full range of motion. But i need a better plan. For now I am going to stick with my program. I want to achieve my many goals by next years tryouts for the varsity football team, but then after I achieve those goals I want to achieve more goals so that I can play on the Virginia Tech Football Team.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 35 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%
