How I Started:
ALL MY FRIENDS STARTED WORKING OUT AND GETTING BIG AND I WAS REALLY SKINNY SO I STARTED TO LIFT WEIGHTS HARD AND I BEEN DOING IT EVER SINCE.
Why I Love It:
NOT ONLY DOES IT KEEP ME HEALTHY, IT ALSO KEEPS ME BUSY AND IS A CHALLENGE FOR ME.

LOOK AT OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE OUT OF SHAPE AND TELL MYSELF I NEVER WANNA BE LIKE THAT!
BB Accomplishments:
I'VE GAINED A LOT OF MUSCLE SINCE I'VE STARTED LIFTING WEIGHTS AND HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAINTAIN IT PRETTY WELL. MY MAX BENCH PRESS AND SQUAT MAX HAS INCREASED DRAMATICALLY.

Goal (Long):
MY GOAL IS TO GET STRONGER AND QUICKER IN JIU JITSU SO I CAN BECOME GOOD ENOUGH TO COMETE. I ALSO NEED TO INCREASE MY STAMINA SO I DON'T GET WINDED. THE WEIGHT THAT I WANT TO MAINTAIN IS 170 LBS. I WANT TO LOWER MY BODY FAT DOWN TO 6%.
Hey big man, thanks for the comments. To get big, you gotta eat a helluva lot. I have at least 4 meals and 2 shakes each day. It's hard to gain a lot of muscle and keep your abs..don't worry about them for now. You can always cut up later. Always go to failure on every workset. Throw in some high rep sets up to 16 reps. Don't over-train. Its hard to gain if you spend a lot of time doing other sports. It takes time and consistency to get big. You can do it buddy. You got a good body.
