“My goal is to increase lean muscle mass and then loose body fat to around 10%. Then work extra hard to get the 6 pack. Maybe need 6% bodyfat. Gonna take up kickboxing in July.”

Training hard. I can now bench 160 kg, millitary press 120kg, leg press 560kg, calf raise 440kg and one arm row 70kg.
