Overall Goal: My goal is to increase lean muscle mass and then loose body fat to around 10%. Then work extra hard to get the 6 pack. Maybe need 6% bodyfat. Gonna take up kickboxing in July.

Goal (Long):
I want to basically to be like John Cena but a bit more ripped. Want to have balanced look, not one muscle group dominating and each must look attractive. I must have a 6 pack. I must in the same token be extremely strong, remain flexible and very fit. I would like to achieve all this by 2010.
