How I Started:
I started working out in elementary school because I got beat up every day after school by the local bullies. I got into bodybuilding cometition by hearing an ad on the radio promoting a bodybuilding contest and thought I would give it a try!
Why I Love It:
It's highly therapeutic.

After doing this for several years, it's just a habit now.
