How I Started:
I started working out in elementary school because I got beat up every day after school by the local bullies.
I got into bodybuilding cometition by hearing an ad on the radio promoting a bodybuilding contest and thought I would give it a try!
Why I Love It:
It's highly therapeutic.

After doing this for several years, it's just a habit now.

Looks like you're rippin up nice Bruce. Are you doing the NGA on the 18th of April or do you have something before that? What do you have your calories at right now to be maintaining such good mass while rippin up?
I still deciding what org i looking to be part of going to try my hand in Musclemania and NPC this year. Depending on how I do next year might try NGA and FAME shows.
