shoulder is doing pretty good and the lifts are starting to get a little heavier. It's interesting the confidence right now is still not there to go back to kb and I'm wondering when a good time to do this is because the last thing I want to do is 'pop' my shoulder back out.. just because...

oh Bruce i can feel your pain,had 4 cuff/bicep re-attachments my self, go slow,and be safe,it not worth hurrying it up,i will e watching your progress and thank for the comment on my blog, please take care of yourself!

it's going ok I'm going real balls to the walls on monday I'm keepin my carbs at about 60-70g right now but monday I'm going back down to 15-20g per day, I'm still working on shedding this water weight also. How's your training going?
I would get patient with shoulder dislo all the time in the time in the ER - can be very painful - and some - out it back themselves - I find that amazing - but still looks painful to say the least
