Mon: Upper Body, 15 min abs no rest, 30 min cardio
Tues: Lower Body-high reps with plyos, 15 min abs no rest, 30 min cardio
Wed: Backs/Biceps with plyos, 15 min abs no rest, 30 min cardio
Thurs: Chest/Triceps-high reps with incline run, 15 min abs no rest, 30 min cardio
Fri: Shoulders/Legs, 15 min abs no rest, 30 min cardio
Sat: Bis/Tris/Chest with jumprope, 15 min abs no rest, 30 min cardio
Sun: Rest or Cardio
