mellie369 Hello! :) A very long time ago you asked if I used a pre-workout... and I just noticed it now. So sorry :( But yes, I usually do. For chest day, I usually use one that gives a good pump... in this case I use: http://www.revolution-nutrition.com/our-products/bulldose-extreme/ I've tried many and nothing can beat the pump from it! It's a little weak on the stimulant side, though, so a caffeine pill with it helps. lol. Dec 27, 2012 8:23pm

Yalda2012 Hahaha Kris's leg days are killer, but I've found that I've been pushing myself to do reps and weights I've never thought possible. A rockin body is earned unless your blessed with good genes (in my case I have to work for it) Dec 21, 2012 4:42pm

cburns91 i like to consume fruits post workout, especially those like cherries, to speed up recovery. i don't get "heavy leg syndrome" and feel more energetic the next day. i also chug water nonstop. the more the better. and STRETCH. the only times i have been sore for more than 2 days is because i didn't stretch or cool down after my workout!
