Overall Goal: gain 10 pounds of muscle and imporve my power
Fit Status:
im a hard working civil engineer busy designing roads so in the evenings or moring i lift could be lunch time on friday ah no the morning so
i decied to look it up and found that weightlifting was the solution to my problem and from that point i began lifting heavy as possible so i tink i wil keep on going that much more i love it now
Why I Love It:
its cool makes u stronger, the guns and pecks need to be shown who there master is. A very good challenge is the middle name of the sport, i dont know any other sport which requires the level of intensity as it does, but if you do then your not lifting hard enough.
How I Stay Motivated:
keep at it also i play football and i need strenght and power in that sport so that is a great motivater, at this stage its a hobby that i enjoy doing so its not that hard to keep at it, would u ask a hunter how does he keep motivated no because i loves it , so its teh same thing with me
to gain size in a reasonably short period of time, and improve my power and strenght with the ability to run trough people and also the look of bursting out of my shirt

Thanks for posting your protein bar recipe. I made it and its pretty tasty. I did have to add some sugar. I also threw in some crasins. Some of the protein bars I purchase taste like cardboard.

well actually those days are meant for cleaning house! lol. and if I have time I go workout and visit my parents. Once in awhile I will have a night out with friends. how about you?
