How I Started:
I gained so much weight and at one point I was 144lbs. I started noticing my clothes weren't fitting me and I saw the differences in my photographs. I wasn't very happy in my own skin, so I wanted to change.
Why I Love It:
I love the results mostly. I love seeing that my body improves, thus I improve. I feel better and more comfortable with myself.

BB Accomplishments:
Losing weight! I went down from 144lbs to 105lbs from January 2006 to May 2007.
This is one of the only pictures I have during my skinny days. I believe I must be between 105-108, maybe even more less 103. I guess I would be considered skinny fat here.
Day 1 at 122lbs, approximately 30% or more body fat.
It's been such a struggle. I have desk job now, thankfully. I was struggling without work. Now that I am working, I have desk job and all I do is eat. I come home from work stressed out and at my wits end. The things I do to relax is melt into the couch and watch some tv. Or I pop a video game...
