Get below 260lbs before December 31st, 2009. Long term is to get below 250 and stay there and maintain as much muscle as possible with a healthy level of body fat. Hope to Compete in 2-3 years.
I want to lose body fat and maintain the muscle I have already built. I eventually want to shred and grow into something I am proud to look at in the mirror.
