Resolved to act my age, and not say 'woot' at risk of being thought frightening... like the auburn-dyed hair you see sticking out from beneath some old codgers' backwards baseball caps. CRINGE!

I want to stay lean but increase my bodyweight about 10 lbs. I also want to increase strength.

Be like Jack Lalanne, when I grow up(smile) He is my fitness hero.

Keep the progress I've made and step it up a major notch.

My goal is to lose about 95 lbs. and get back into competition shape for an NPC show in 2009. Time to get back to my competitive roots!!!!
