I read an issue of FLEX magazine that my friend brought to school one day, I was so impressed and in awe of what I read and saw in those pages, I have been addicted to the Iron sport ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge and the intensity that it requires. I love seeing my body change for the better, I love aquiring new strength and endurance wich was once thought to be unattainable.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wanna look better and be stronger, I just think to myself that there are people out there who doubt me as a person and who doubt what i can do... so i say F@$K them, Ill show them here and now!

Goal (Long):
Gain more MASS in my Biceps,Calves and gain thicker abs. Right now my current bodyfat percentage is about 10 %, I wanna be at around 8 or 7 percent bodyfat and wiegh in at 182-180 once my Shredding phase is complete, my current wieght is 186-184 lbs.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Other than Arnold no one else really has the type of body I would aspire to look like. Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
This is my personal opinion but i really admire Flex Lewis's physique.
Flex Lewis has the ideal amount of mass and definition that I someday hope to display. I also am a fan of Mark Dugdale because he to displays a quality physique loaded with an acceptable amount of mass.... What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am curently intaking about 220 grams of protien a day.
I consume carbs during Breakfast and before I workout... only slow digesting types like oatmeal, whole grain bread etc.

I am never ready! I do enjoy school very much, but I wish I could do away with the classes I must take that aren't my forte. I am still enjoying summer! Hope you have a good weekend. How's the 'clean' part of your campaign coming along?
Its ALL interesting to me. But that just happens to be my favourite. one family really impacted the entire world. Anyways, to bed with me. This insomniac has to at least lay down if I want a shot at sleep.
I was going towards that, but given that you have to be a police officer for 10 years in order to get into the field, I wasnt about to do that. Ah well. History is just as much of a passion
So would I. I like to be well versed in many things, its more fun that way. I'd also like to learn how to shoot, and archery. Little knowledge in both, nothing all that useful yet.
I suck at bowling, but that is besides the point. A little funner when you suck. Candle making is just one thing, one of my friends is ridiculously crafty: metal smiths, makes jewelry, pottery, and all sorts of other stuff. Makes for a bad ass thing to do for a day. and going dancing, thats always fun. I'm dying to take a swing and salsa class, as well as other types.
