Total Chest Shread Session
I use a combination of 4 chest exercise segements consisting of 3 Supersets using of 3-4 exercises. I rest 30-45 sec between each superset and rest approx. 3 min between each segment.
1.) Warm-up & Stretch
2.) Opening segment - 3x Supersets
- Wide stance Push-ups
- Dips
- Bench Press
3.) Second segment - 3x Supersets
- Dumbbell Hip Press
- Dumbbell Flys w/ Palms in
- Dumbell Flys w/ Thumbs in
4.) Third segment - 3x Supersets
- Incline Press
- Dumbbell Incline Press
5.) Finishing segment - 2-3 Supersets
- Dumbbell Incline Flys w/ Palms in
- Dumbbell Incline Flys w/ Thumbs in
- Dumbbell Deep Incline Flys
