My workout program... I dont have one. I train by listening to my body. 99% of people would say, OMG you cant do that! Tough. It works for me. I follow what my body says each time Im in the gym and I get results. I used to have programs, and even a journal. After months of no results,...

you are in business of protecting people thinking of owning something like that protecting celebrity for huge sum of money? :D or blackmailing them
I went to Morocco for 3 months to study Arabic but it's pretty expensive there. The is a mosque in Damascus that has a very inexpensive Arabic program for non-Muslims. But flying into Beirut and taking a bus to Damascus was cheaper than flying into Damascus. But I liked the people and ambiance so much in Beirut that I stayed there and never made it to Syria.
Veganism I doubt is the easiest way to develop muscle but it can be done but I believe that it is best for long term health. As for me my digestive system just doesn't handle animal products well. It was a chronic and often painful nuisance.
I meant ecologically sustaniable which eating meat is not in anyway. I can write more tomorrow as I don't work and only have an hour of class tomorrow :)
I'm been super busy-both school, new job, and working out starting all at the same time. What I like most is it's sustainable. I personally for my health can't eat any other way. Also I think a well planned diet will give you more energy. I can go into specifics if you'd like me to, just ask :)
I guess you're referring to my post about adverse health effects about eating meat. I think it's positive to have a discussion but people who eat meat always as if it's an "attack". I have no idea why someone would have this sentiment if what I posted was about sci research not on ethics, which it was.
lol, now that's a good one. I kind of like the privilege of being able to bend over without my ass coming out….. I know that would not be a issue with some people but it is for me, lol.
The back was feeling much better, then it started hurting at work today. i didn't get to go back because i had too many other commitments on friday and i won't get to go this week either... i think it helped and i wish i could go back. thanks for your concern & advice. have a great week.
I could barely get up off the floor. I struggled to get ready for work, but was sent home by my supervisor because I was visibly injured and in an incredible amount of pain. I decided to try a chiro. I don't think it helped.
Well.. I did something to my back. My lower back started hurting about a week ago. I just ignored it and kept training hard. It got worse. Yesterday it started to hurt on my left side from the ribs down to my left hip bone. This morning I rode some bike and then stretched- I guess it was a bad idea.
