Well I spent 4 hours in Walmart, battling myself. What FAT girl wanted to eat and what brownbikerbabe knew was the right thing to do! So I spend 2 hours buying chips, cookies etc and andother 2 hours putting them all back in the shelf and buying fruits instead! Anyway, started eating goodthings again and I am feeling good enough to start power walking! shoulder still in pain, man when will it get better? Stopping the insanity...! That me in a nutshell
